Restaurant offering exceptional dishes finely made in L’Aigle.
A former coaching inn dating from 1618, located near the castle, the establishment, known as the Dauphin, recently changed owners, passing under the Brit’Hôtel umbrella. But fans of the restaurant can rest assured: the multi-prize-winning table remains one of the best gastronomic venues in the city. Salmon casserole, grilled cervelas de pays or warmed citrus fruit segments: here, we are still talking about exceptional, finely made dishes.

La literie est correcte mais pourrait être mieux.
La salle de bain est propre.
Le petit déjeuner est bien achalandé avec des produits régionaux (fromages). Il est installé sur un vieux piano de cuisine magnifique.
Le soir, si vous rentrez tard, c'est un gentil veilleur d'un âge certain qui vous ouvre et vous remet la clé. Un petit temps d'échange très sympa.

J'aurais aimé un matelas beaucoup plus ferme.
Le petit déjeuner est bien, mais vu le prix, il en faudrait un peu plus.
