Restaurant with a shaded terrace where you can enjoy original dishes according to the chef's arrivals
This semi-gastronomic restaurant proposes very well executed dishes with seasonal products. We sit here in this typical Alsatian house, dating from 1683, but whose decoration is very current and contemporary. You can enjoy regional specialties revisited with subtlety and finesse, such as a poached egg just cooked with a fondue of candied red onions, a pike-perch soufflé with Riesling, a duck fillet and its short juice with pinot noir and, for good measure, a mini kougelhopf with rum!
