Aliénor (alone) in the kitchen, Anthony in the dining room, a duo at work as in life. Le Resto des Vignes celebrates local products and short circuits. It's good and it's home-made! This careful family cooking is nourished by the chef's grandmothers, Eugénie and Marie, who inspired her classics or revisited dishes. The chef's salad (smoked trout, foie gras, smoked duck breast; all homemade), sauerkraut with 5 meats, Dame d'Alsace cup: vanilla, cherry and berawecka ice cream and kirsch... Beautiful vintages not to spoil anything.
