Traditional gastronomy served on the terrace in a winstub-style brasserie in Eguisheim.
This XVIIth century cellar has been happily renovated while keeping its rough stones. You can sit on the terrace or in the winstub-style brasserie where they serve tarts flambéed on a wood fire. In the kitchen, chef Alexandre Niggel (member of the Confrérie de la Choucroute) concocts dishes emblematic of the Alsatian region: coq au riesling, baeckeoffe, choucroute garnie... Without forgetting the unforgettable fish and seafood cassolette. On the wine side, good vintages from Eguisheim wine growers, served by a considerate and efficient team.
