The Auberge Alsacienne unveils a high-flying table! The small dishes are greedy and the wine list is extra: Charles Baur, Emile Beyer, Paul Zinck, Wolfberger... It is the elite of the city! The chef prepares succulent Alsatian specialties: duck foie gras, chicken with Riesling and its spätzlés, Baeckeoffe du Chef, sauerkraut with garnish, matured Charolais beef sirloin, black forest with kirsch. Perfect service, superb value for money!

Très bonne table, plats en taille de dégustation très raffinés: trois coquilles saint Jacques sur caviar d'aubergines, tuiles au parmesan; duo de daurade et mangue, très original et un strudel au pommes revisité. Très agréable et léger. Belle carte de vins d'Alsace, y compris en demi bouteilles pour client seul. Service très rapide et très souriant , malgré la salle et la terrasse comble. Décoration moderne agréable de la salle à manger.
