Constance and Valentin bring a touch of freshness and youth to the Caveau des Douceurs, which they took over at the end of July 2020. In the dining room or on the terrace, Constance welcomes you with infinite kindness. In the kitchen, Valentin takes advantage of his past experiences (notably at the Chaudron and the Comptoir de Georges in Colmar) to elaborate tasty dishes without fuss. Fillet of pike-perch on sauerkraut, beef in coarse salt, cordon bleu with mushrooms, raspberry and white chocolate financier: all this is accompanied by some good Alsace wines!
