Supported by their son Sébastien, Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann manage this 12.5-hectare family estate, which is certified AB and biodynamic. Controlled yields, venerable vines (50 years old), plots in the Pfersigberg and Eichberg Grands Crus. Hand-harvested in crates, long pressing, use of indigenous yeasts, aged 8 to 18 months on lees. These efforts earned the Domaine the Pépite de l'année Trophy at the Gault & Millau Wine Tour in April 2017. A fine accolade!
