Supported by their son Sébastien, Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann manage this 12.5-hectare family estate, which is certified AB and biodynamic. Controlled yields, venerable vines (50 years old), plots in the Pfersigberg and Eichberg Grands Crus. Hand-harvested in crates, long pressing, use of indigenous yeasts, aged 8 to 18 months on lees. These efforts earned the Domaine the Pépite de l'année Trophy at the Gault & Millau Wine Tour in April 2017. A fine accolade!

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Beaucoup de passion qui ressort des discussions et explications. Cette passion se retrouve dans les vins qui ont beaucoup de caractère. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
