Certified organic and biodynamic, this family estate of 11.2 ha is managed by Christian and Véronique Hebinger with their son Denis. Their wines are made from hand-picked grapes and are marketed exclusively at maturity. Some fine wines to discover during your visit: Pinot Noir Eguisheim S-60 9.10 2019 (old vine GC Eichberg), Pinot Gris Saint-Jacques (fat and ample), Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg (discreet and refined). There is also a range of natural wines, including Persephone, a surprising maceration wine from the GC Hengst.

Merci Véronique pour votre accueil samedi dernier ! On arrive à 3 copains sans prévenir pour quelques emplettes rapides et finalement on reste une heure à discuter … un joli moment.

Hervorragende Weine und eines der wenigen Weingüter, die es schaffen, zwei Linien zu fahren (eine klassische & eine mit ausgeprägter Mazeration) und beide auf hohem Niveau zu halten. Das ist wirklich selten. Abgesehen davon sind die Weine auch von für das Elsass ungewöhnlicher Frische und Geradlinigkeit.

Une rencontre au top ! Tant dans la découverte des vins que dans l'accueil : authenticité, professionnalisme et bienveillance. Tout ce qu'on aime vivre et ressentir. Superbe line-up qui nous a été proposée dans le tout nouveau caveau de dégustation que nous avons donc inaugurée en session personnalisée. Un plaisir !

Merci à Véronique et Denis pour leur accueil. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vous voir pour remplir la cave et prendre une bonne dose de bienveillance.

Belle découverte, très bon vin blanc avec différents caractères, mr et mme Hebinger (le papa et la maman) très très sympa et de bon conseils .salon des vins groslay 2023.merci et ne changez rien.
