DOMAINE DREYER
The history of the area dates back to the beginning of the last century. Léon Zech began production of wine in 1925. A little later, Léon's daughter met Robert Dreyer, who took over the domain and continued the work of her father-in-law. Today, it is the latter's sons who manage the wine farm of 10 ha, rich with 40 plots, some of which on the great Crus and Pfersigberg wines, and perpetuate the work done. The family is committed to respect for traditions and, at the same time, contributes to the preservation of the environment by engaging in rational control. The harvest is carried out by hand, fermentation is made in thermorégulées tanks, and after fermentation the wine is based on fine plots until March. To be tasted in the area of the area: crémant, riesling, pinot noir…
