This cooperative cellar was founded in 1902 and now has more than 450 winegrowers. Grands crus, late harvest, organic range, Alsace appellation wines, noble grains but also brandies and liqueurs are waiting for you in the Eguisheim cellar. A variety of wines, whose viticulture is in phase with nature, to be tasted alone or in a commented tasting on the spot, in the historical cellar whose still present tuns date from 1902. A special mention for the Muscat Signature 2021 which won 2 gold medals at the Vinalies France 2022 competition.

Opening time and information on WOLFBERGER
Open Monday from 12 to 2 pm; Thursday to Sunday from 12 to 2 pm and from 7 to 8:30 pm. Closed: Good Friday, All Saints' Day, December 25 and 26, January 1. Open on Sundays (free entrance to the discovery area and the scent table).

For almost 115 years, Wolfberger has been present in Eguisheim, a charming village 10 minutes from Colmar. Classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, Eguisheim, city of Pope Saint Leo IX, is worth a visit to stroll around its unique and historic ramparts, but also to discover the new Wolfberger boutique and its 1902 cellar located at the entrance to the village.
A showcase for the history of this reference brand, which has the largest vineyard in the region, the Eguisheim shop offers a unique space retracing the Wolfberger epic through testimonies, a film, a chronological frieze counting the history of the house and a Table of Scents for a unique and original experience of discovery of the Wines of Alsace!

Ergänzung: Bei der Rückfahrt mussten wir leider feststellen, dass im HyperU-Supermarkt in Colmar (ca. 5 km von Eguisheim, auf der Strecke von Eguisheim nach Colmar) die Wolfsberger Produkte (hier: Crémant Blanc de Noirs) teilweise deutlich günstiger angeboten werden. Es ist schade, dass der direkte Kauf beim Winzer teurer ist.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les 2 employés et conseillés par une jeune hôtesse qui ne nous a jamais poussés à prendre le plus cher mais le plus adapté. Son avis à été précieux...
