Small 3-story inn near the main street of Banff with a great view of the mountains.
Built in 1908, this small hostel stands on three floors with a dozen rooms (with varying degrees of comfort, and on the whole they are quite small). The main advantage of this accommodation is that it is located just a few steps from Banff's main street and therefore within easy walking distance of downtown services. The welcome is warm, cookies are offered during the day, and the breakfast room offers a superb view of the mountains. A stopover address to spend a night or two in the city.
