BUFFALO NATIONS LUXTON MUSEUM
Museum dedicated to the region's Aboriginal past, exhibiting objects and clothing that belonged to the Sarcees and Blackfoot First Nations.
Founded by Norman Luxton in 1953, this museum is interested in the life of the First Nations of the region. The two rooms display objects and clothing that belonged to the Sarcees and Blackfoot nations and several reconstructions of life scenes (ceremonies, hunting...) allow you to understand the Amerindian culture of the territory. You will also be able to watch a video, made by natives to deepen the subject (historical accounts, traditions, current issues, etc).
