In the direction of Mortagne-au-Perche, you will be able to stop at the Fontaine fountain, a miraculous fountain of Roman times found in the 5th century, with six stones, and two curative springs. On the other side of the road, there is a beautiful pond, the Harrow Lake. These very brown waters and this romantic setting boast legends. It is said that the pond would be born from the ploughing of a farmer who would have been swallowed up with his horse.
