Hotel Vichy Catalan opens the doors of its prestigious Delicius restaurant to non-residents of the hotel. Every day the chef with a new menu of the day from fresh, local and healthy products in an inspiration of the most méditerranéenes. Fun: it uses mineral water from Vichy Catalan to prepare its dishes, which has the advantage of making digestion easier. For example, the tasting menu is a suprema suprema of mercat amb amb of mango (supreme fish market of the mango chutney) and a succulent net of amb amb salsa bearnesa, pick of patata, xampinyó farcit (beef fillet to béarnaise sauce, pick of potatoes and stuffed fungi).
