Comfortable rooms in a hotel with swimming pool and garden, a welcoming and relaxing address in Caldes.

Around 1840, the Prats family began to channel water from the spring of the Mina and founded the Baños Prats establishment. This was later transformed into a seaside resort, until the construction at the end of the 19th century of the current neoclassical building: Balneari Prats. Today it is a welcoming, family and relaxing place where everyone comes to be pampered body and mind. The rooms are very comfortable and all overlook the beautiful garden and the swimming pool, which is heated all year round.

Lugar confortable e igual que el trato,no puedo pasar por alto el error garrafal que tuvo el personal de recepción al entregar la copia de llave de nuestra habitación a otros clientes,entrando estos y llevándonos un susto de muerte al ver una persona entrar en nuestra habitación cuando nos echábamos la siesta si hubo disculpas pero estos errores No,no se pueden consentir ni pasar por alto,es un error grave,aun tengo el susto en el cuerpo

Lugar donde se respira tranquilidad. Personal muy atento y agradable. Muy recomendable para alojarse después de una ruta en bicicleta, el hotel dispone de una zona "bikefriendly" extraordinaria, con herramientas, compresor para hinchar las ruedas (doble válvula), también se le puede poner el accesorio de aire a presión y además hay una zona para limpiar la bicicleta. Por ponerle un pequeño pero, tal y como indica en su web la habitación que me dieron no estaba reformada, pero tenía lo necesario.

Vam anar a fer uns tractaments al balneari. Personal molt atent i amable, instal·lacions acollidores i ben cuidades, els tractaments fantàstics per relaxar-se i mimar-se, els voltants de l'hotel molt bonics i cuidats. Ens va agradar molt ????
