It is the only zoo in the country in the mountains. Perched more than 2,000 meters above sea level, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo offers breathtaking views of the city. In total, more than 750 animals will be discovered in a unique natural setting. Among other things, you can feed one of the largest flocks of giraffes in the world (also known as the Somalia giraffes), watch grizzly bears soaking up and try to jump higher than walabies at the red neck. For more panoramic views of the valley, join the Mount Mountaineer at the top of the zoo.
