Mercantile Dining & Provision is the fusion of two former chef Alex Seidel restaurants: Fruition Restaurant and Fruition Farms. Mercantile embodies the kitchen from the farm to the plate par excellence with a seasonal inspiration card, homemade or farm products and complete transparency between the farmer and the consumer. The stylish and relaxed setting makes it an excellent place for lunch and dinner.
