Once a gas station, the building is now one of the best restaurants in Denver. At Root Down, 75% of the card's products are organic, a farm kitchen to the plate that wants to solve the omnivorous dilemma by offering an offer for each diet: Vegetarian, vegetarian, raw or gluten-free. The large wooden room is pleasant but, if time permits, choose a meal on the pleasant terrace with skyline view.
