STANTON HOUSE INN
Bed & Breakfast offering bright, comfortable rooms with flowery curtains, with outdoor pool from May to October.
This beautiful Victorian house dates back to 1840, and was later enlarged by the famous architect Stanford White, the same man who built the triumphal arch in New York's Washington Square. The house passed from hand to hand, before being abandoned in the 1970s. In 1983, Tog and Doreen Pearson bought it back from the ruin and undertook the necessary work to transform it into a Bed & Breakfast. Rooms are bright and comfortable, with flowery curtains. Lovely garden and pleasant outdoor pool from May to October.
