JACK FRY’S
The restaurant was created in 1933 by Jack Fry and his wife. Fry was known as a guy who loved gambling, boxing and horses. He was also known to conduct his business of racing and alcohol smuggling in the back-room. Very quickly, the place became the meeting place for the athletes. in 2008, after several owner changes, Stephanie J. Meeks bought the case in which she had worked for several years. Nothing of the beginning of this mythical place seems to have changed, as evidenced by the numerous historical photographs that fill the walls. There are excellent meat, fine ravioli, very good salads and even snails in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
