Le summum est dans la proposition de savoureux gâteaux maison proposés au salon de thé chaque après midi ....
La visite du lieu au centre de Ensisheim vaut le détour..les prestations sont à la hauteur du lieu.le personnel est bienveillant et réactif...
Allez y les yeux fermés..
Je leur attribue 2 etoiles: 1 ???? pour la gastronomie et 1 ???? pour le lieu champêtre entouré d eau dans un très joli parc..

Nous avons passé une journée fantastique au domaine du Moulin, mes parents ont fêté leur noces de diamants, repas digne d’un grand gastronomique, félicitations aux cuisiniers.
Personnel, très agréable, le serveur, Sylvain le sommelier.
Nous recommandons cet endroit.
Nous avons l’habitude de te faire des journées, spa, des nuitées dans ces magnifiques chambres.
