Restaurant with two large sunny terraces offering Japanese cuisine in Hossegor.

Just a stone's throw from the town center, with two large sunny terraces and a superb view of Hossegor's marine lake, the Bistro Balnéaire looks great. In the kitchen, the teams are accompanied by a sushi chef who brings a Japanese touch to the menu. That's why delicious ginger-glazed duck breast, rack of veal, grilled saithe and monkfish tail are served alongside maki and california rolls. For dessert, there may be room for a giant profiterole! A chic address, well located and very busy.

Bel endroit mais cuisine pas extra
L'atout majeur de ce restaurant est son emplacement avec la superbe vue sur le lac d'Hossegor. Préférer la salle du 1er étage ou la terrasse...Attention :Au rdc, certaines tables de 2 sont installées derrière le mur de façade ( ok ,il faut bien des murs pour tenir la bâtisse mmais quel intérêt d'aller manger au bord du lac pour ne rien voir ? désolée mais ce n'est pas possible ça !)

Beau restaurant bien situé face au lac. Le service est charmant et efficace. Pour ce qui est du repas, rien de bien remarquable. Au final, c'est très cher pour ce que c'est.

Carte variée, jolie vue sur le lac d'hossegor. La souris d'agneau était excellente. On valide la profiterole maison. Merci beaucoup pour ce bon moment
