In the kitchen, the teams are accompanied by a sushi chef who brings a Japanese touch to the menu. That's why delicious ginger-glazed duck breast, rack of veal, grilled saithe and monkfish tail are served alongside maki and california rolls. For dessert, there may be room for a giant profiterole!
