Fine mushroom and truffle tartelette, lobster ravioli, red mullet and sweet potato gnocchi, duck breast and roasted mini cauliflower with Landes peanuts, Grand Cru chocolate tart... Don't resist the cuisine of Philippe Moreno, who previously worked with three-star chef Gérald Passédat in Marseille. Dishes can be enjoyed à la carte or as part of a menu, for a taste of the chef's savoir-faire. Entirely glazed, the restaurant offers a magnificent view of Hossegor lake. How wonderful!
