Restaurant entirely glazed overlooking the lake of Hossegor.
Duck foie gras poached in a broth of grey shrimp smoked with pine thorns, octopus ravioli served with cucumber, kiwi from the Adour river and tentacle in the embers, return of fishing from the Capbreton fish market and its saffron bone soup, roasted fig with piquillo juice and foam of ewe's cheese... Don't resist Philippe Moreno's cooking, who used to work with the three-starred chef Gérald Passédat in Marseille. Entirely glazed, the restaurant overlooks the lake of Hossegor. It is marvelous!
