Not far from the Tyrolean mountains, this is one of the island's finest restaurants, to be visited for the flavor of its dishes and the kindness of Paulina, chef de cuisine at the Hotel Mourouk for 23 years, now at the helm of her own restaurant. You only have to read the menu and some of its poetic derivations to see the love we have for the dishes here: Fleurette de calamar et ses multitudes de couleurs, Ronde de délice du Maître Charcutier... but also Gratin de fruits de mer, Ourite safranée, Daube d'agneau etc. Great atmosphere in the evening.
