Beach hotel but beach is rocky. You have to walk 100 meters to get good beach access.

Great hotel for a weekend stay. Food buffet was amazing with a variety of options.
Only suggestions would be an improved all inclusive drinks menu. The cocktails were sadly not up to par. Other than that, it was an awesome stay with great staff and service.

EPTEMBRE 2024(ile de la Réunion)
Deuxième séjour en famille (2 adultes, 1 ado,1 bébé 2ans)
Toujours aussi bien accueillis,le personnel est serviable, souriant et aux petits soins pour vous faire passer un Très bon moment.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien agencées(télé,mini bar,salle d'eau à l'italienne,et tout le nécessaire)
Les activités conviennent aussi bien aux adultes qu'aux enfants.(ping pong, billard,mur d'escalade, toboggan,tir à l'arc,...)
Les repas,bons et diversifiés, sauront vous chatouiller les papilles.(petit déj, entée/plat/dessert , goûter) pour tous les goûts. Fruits de saison .
Les bars pourront étancher votre soif (cocktail soft ou pas ???? de toutes les couleurs)
Les animations,tous les soirs, vous permettront de vous détendre et/ou faire la fête près de la piscine.(un clin d'œil a David "le chanteur").
Comme dit le dicton : Jamais 2 sans 3...
On reviendra...

DAY PACKAGE: Had an amazing experience at Ocean Creek Hotel! The music was absolutely perfect, and I loved every moment. I'll definitely be back! However, the women's restroom/changing room could have been cleaner. It’s unfortunate that some people don’t respect shared spaces. Of course, not the staff’s fault, but it’s a shame. Can’t compare to the cleanliness in Dubai!

Stay at Ocean’s creek was very good. The property is well maintained. Good facilities and activities. Food is also good. Although no direct access to a bath able beach, but the beach and backwater is serene and superb. Highly recommend for a stay in Mauritius.

I visited Ocean's Creek and was completely bowled over by nearly everything. The atmosphere itself is totally captivating. It's so serene, so calm, so peaceful! You just want to close your eyes and feel the positivity.
We were greeted with a smile by extremely polite, cordial and welcoming staff members. We were not rushed into anything. Instead, we were offered a refreshing drink and given ample time to relax before beginning the check-in procedures.
Everything went on smoothly and we were explained about the amenities, facilities and activities of the day.
Our room was adequately furnished and comfortable. It consisted of nearly all the basic necessities that we needed. We felt completely at ease and settled immediately. The view from the balcony was absolutely astounding!
Moreover, anything that you may need, for instance iron and iron table, is promptly provided. You just have to place a call to the reception.
As for the food... no words are enough to describe the lavish spread. Everything was absolutely delicious. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, each more appealing than the other. You could tell that the chef had put his heart into the confection of these recipes.
Overall, I would say that I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The environment, the facilities, the staff, the food, the room, everything was top-notch. I have not yet had my fill and will definitely visit again.

I offered my husband a surprise stay for our wedding anniversary at the hotel.
Unfortunately we had some issues there. The AC was set on the lowest temperature and the room was so cold. Not being able to change the temperature i called twice at the reception to ask for someone, as the AC was indicating HP..?? No one came, my baby felt sick and we had to leave the hotel to go to the doctor. The pillows were dirty, smelling coconut oil and had foundation cream on it. Also, for tea time there were some cake which finished and were over.
There were bugs in the matress by which i have been stung. ????
However, the staffs were very friendly

Je recommande vivement cette Hotel . Une atmosphère cosy et une équipe courtois, professionnelle et a l'écoute su client.
Les animateurs ont été au top .... l'ambiance est clairement leur point fort !!

un séjour agréable, une bonne ambiance , le buffet bien,et les cocktail parfait (il manque juste la carte en francais)
concernant le personnel que ce soit l'accueil , l'animation , la restauration, le bar, spa, service chambre impeccable!
Mr Jim , Mr Vik, Mr Abhi qui sont devenu les tontons des enfants et plein d'autres que je n'ai pas retenu les prénoms, tous adorable, très avenants équipe animation également au top.Dommage qu'on aiment changer d'hôtels à chaque séjours gros coup de cœur pour celui la ????
Et la navette pour aller sur grand baie , la plage de mont choisi.. super service dommage qu'on a su au bout du quatrième jour on avait déjà pris des taxis qui sont un peu cher.

I spent 2 nights at ocean creeks and the experience was very nice.
The staffs are very attentive, they assist u very well, rooms are very nice and the food was superb
I really liked the activities proposed and it was well organized.
Two things that can be improved is that each and everytime we are asked which room number we were in - guests can have bands to help the staff differentiate between different packages that were paid for.
Tables that were reserved were not mentioned as reserved and had to be moved to non reserved tables on 2 occasions
otherwise the experience is lovely and i would highly recommend to go with family

Good hotel but can't give client a little snack on the pool bar during the day it's available only at 6pm ???????? even there was snack the barmen refuse to give

Great experience at ocean creeks
The staffs were very friendly, mr selven the sous chef gave us a good service, Jim also was very friendly with us in the restaurant .we liked the food also.The activities was so fun. The room was very clean ✨

Ocean Creek should work on improving their services. We had unlimited drinks in our package but the waiting time to get the drinks are too long.
We had to go to the bar at least 4 5 times to get our drinks served at dinner time.
Must improve hygiene where cakes are displayed. We found hair on 2 consecutive days in the flatware. It might be for the customers but was not so pleasant at all.
The party ended at 23hrs and so many people were looking forward for more music and enjoyment.
Otherwise, the rooms were nice, good music and friendly staffs.

Man liegt schon weit von Allem entfernt, aber geräumige Zimmer, alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein bisschen Kenntnisse in Englisch sind sicher von Vorteil.
