Receptionist: Sonia
From the moment I arrived, Sonia at the front desk showcased unparalleled professionalism and courtesy. Her warm welcome and efficient service set the tone for the entire stay. Heartfelt thanks to you for the exceptional service you offered.

Room Manager: Ramesh
Ramesh, the Room Manager, deserves special commendation for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and ensuring the room was a comfortable retreat with stunning views. His attention to detail significantly enhanced my overall experience. Your valuable insights about the local sightseeing, shopping etc were very helpful.

Manager of Sigala Restaurant: Sameer
Under Sameer's management, the Sigala Restaurant offered a culinary journey that surpassed all expectations. His recommendations and dedication to creating a delightful dining experience were truly remarkable.

In conclusion, my time at Intercontinental Hotel Mauritius was made truly special by the dedicated efforts of Sonia, Ramesh, Sameer, and Rikesh. Felt like home away from home with you guys around.

It’s a shame how worn parts of the property and amenities are. We got a free room upgrade with the outdoor jacuzzi which looked so rough and unappealing. Roof tiles all dry and falling off. Bathroom a bit dirty in places due to lack of deep clean and attention to detail. Water sports equipment looked old and worn except kayaks were fine. How hard would it be to import a few modern paddle boards?
Breakfast was good but dinner buffet was so expensive and not worth it at all. Other nights with our rental car we ate out instead for much better value.
Outdoor beach and relaxing areas were nice. Charging 5 star prices but it’s not what it once was when it was new. Not value for money.
