Grower-harvesters since 1990, Nathalie and Dominique Plessis have turned this family-run business into a showcase for organic Perche cider. Their brut and demi-sec ciders (including the cuvée Bio AOP Perche), perry, calvados and "Trahant", the house aperitif, have established their reputation. Other products include cider jam, apple jelly and apple juice... Year-round events include the Cider Festival in October.
