Ice cream on the farm is original, but not so strange... since fresh milk and fruit from the orchard and vegetable garden are within easy reach! The processing workshop is on site and you can buy ice cream in half-litre or litre format in a collection of multiple and tempting flavours: ice cream or sorbet versions. As for the ice cream logs, they are also available in a beautiful variety: raspberry-chocolate-vanilla-mango, passion-caramel salted butter... Norwegian omelettes and other ice cream cakes are also on the menu!
