In a large colonial house with a wooded interior, the Victoria Twenty-Two is the best restaurant in the capital. The chef concocts a rather European cuisine. It is the meeting place of great personalities and gourmets. An outdoor terrace faces the pool. The service is impeccable and the tables perfectly set. The tempting menu is varied and changes regularly. There is also a popular and cosmopolitan wine and tapas bar next to the main restaurant, which is more casual, but still classy.
