It is the restaurant of the grand hotel Meikles whose first room was opened in 1958. It offers gastronomic cuisine with a French twist and specializes in grilled meats. This establishment remains an institution in the capital, especially since the renovations in 2013. The chic atmosphere is highlighted: the decoration, service and plates are impeccable, the wine list is very appreciable. It serves delicious meat or fish dishes that mix African, Western and Asian influences.

Not a great experience at all, coming into the hotel was an absolute nightmare, had to go through a tideus security check, aircons in our rooms aren't working. Had a meeting at the restaurant and couldn't even get attention fus to order drinks. Horrible experience will not be staying here ever again. Reported aircon twice since arrival and no one came to assist.

Great place to experience the history and the hospitality of Budapest. Central location, and lively. Front dest staff very helpful and all staff willing to please with a smile and prompt service. If your visiting and have the budget, its the best property in its price range
