Since the creative work of Jean Gouffault in 2008, the Jardin des Violettes has become an exceptional place. In an area of 7,000 m² dominated by a magnificent building that also offers four comfortable, fully-equipped guest rooms, a succession of spaces, like paintings, follow one another and live to the rhythm of the seasons. A visit to this garden - ideally in May or June, when flowering is at its peak - is a moment out of time, with breaks in pretty little landscaped areas, all enlivened by the presence of animals.
