Utopia Country Guest House has experienced much better days. Today, unfortunately, it offers rooms with sometimes hollow mattresses. The rooms adjoining the conference room are the cheapest, with two small beds and a little more comfortable. The restaurant at inexpensive rates seems to attract many people.

They promised hot water but there was none in my room. Their ensuit toilet was dirty.

I ws very unfortunate, I was given a room with a bathroom which was leaking water, therefore, it was water all over the floor

Needs major renovations and mordenisation
The bathroom ensuits definitely need attention
Otherwise the whole atmosphere there and location is Wonderful
