This was the worst trip of my life. I've used Bulawayo Rainbow before however, this year, I booked for 230 guests and was confirmed weeks before only to get there and they've only reserved 90 rooms. What came after that was horror. I spent the day hunting for additional accommodation in Byo for my guests. Rainbow then told me they'd put my guests at Selbourne Hotel a place within town but when my guests got there it smelled of smoke, there were rooms with bedding that was soiled with blood, some rooms where smelling like people had just done the deed. I went there pulled my guests out. I had to split my guests across Bulawayo, which had implication costs and only got to rest after midnight. The General manager Hilda Magaso decided we weren't her problem and she left us to deal.with none accommodated guests. The funny thing is, Rainbow knew about this but just went on to book my group and lied about everything being okay the night before only to pull out a joker on the day my guests were checking in! These guys are unreliable.
Usual Rainbow Hospitality. Thanks ICT Head for fixing our access to our Whole of Government Performance Management System. You deserve 5 stars.
Our chef, you shined after day one. I am addicted to your breakfast. Keep it up.
Reasonably priced . Great service. Wish you could do your housekeeping chores after our checking out though. That way you won't disturb guests or rush them.
Staying at the Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel was a delightful experience. The hotel's charming ambiance and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The conference facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect setting for productive meetings and events. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The location in the CBD was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. I highly recommend the Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and professional stay in the heart of the city.
Right in the CBD. A bit tired but still gives great service. Am not a fun of the dining room though. The bathrooms are my favourite! Great spacious, modern showers!!!
Slitet hotell och buffén var inget vidare
