The National Gallery of Art in Bulawayo (also known as Douslin House) is a beautiful colonial mansion built in the late 19th century. It has hosted illustrious guests, including Rudyard Kipling. The gallery features permanent collections of paintings, sculptures, tapestries and Matabeleland crafts as well as temporary exhibitions. Within the premises, you can also visit the Sabona handicraft store, which offers postcards, Tonga drums, sculptures and traditional baskets, as well as the coffee shop with its relaxing atmosphere.
