FERME DES GRIMAUX
This 100-ha operation houses 700 tall stems and 400 high stems. Since the beginning of the eighteenth century, the Pacory are peasants on these lands of the Domfronain. Like all the peasant farmers, they transform apples and pears into cider, peirus and calvados alongside their livestock. In 1959 Claude Pacory decided to improve his production of calvados. A success! In 1986, Frédéric took his estate by diversifying the products. The farm transforms the 200 tons of pears and apples harvested a year in juice, leeks, cider, pommeau, spirits and calvados domfronted.
