Kavinga Camp has 7 luxury tents on the banks of the Ruckomechi River. The tents are arranged around a waterhole where the animals drink. They can be observed from the room decks or from the hideout cleverly disguised as a termite mound. The large private concession in which Kavinga is located guarantees "exclusive" safaris and the guides know the terrain like the back of their hand. An impressive number of elephants are found around the camp, but hyenas, lions, wild dogs, cheetahs and many others are also present.
