Ich bin das 2. Mal innerhalb eines Jahres da. Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten die sich vielleicht direkt nach einer Neueröffnung zeigen, sind alle behoben. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Hotelleitung Kritik und Anregungen sehr ernst nimmt und nach Möglichkeit umsetzt. Was will man als Gast mehr?
