It's the best pizza in New Jersey, the one that makes New Yorkers leave their island for a meal. As soon as he graduated, chef Dan Richer flew to Italy with a very specific idea in mind: to learn how to make the best pizza possible. And it is true that they are delicious, full of flavour and have a light and crispy crust thanks to baking in a wood oven. The restaurant does not accept reservations, arrive early. A must have.
