On an unspoilt site in the heart of the Parc naturel régional du Perche, two breeders of around sixty Poitevin and Alpine goats invite you to discover how organic farmhouse cheeses are made. As you stroll along the educational trail, you’ll learn how the farm works and the link between nature, landscape, and agriculture. Specialties include fresh, semi-dry, and ripened farmhouse goat cheeses. Traditional crottins, pyramids, and logs are ladled alongside 2 specialties: coeur frais with lavender honey and carré au cidre.
