The Mankin Timeless package includes exclusive use of the mansion's public spaces and outdoor gardens for preparation, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The package also includes 12 hours of rental time, a fruit and pastry buffet for 20, private preparation rooms for the bride and groom and their bridal party, an air-conditioned reception tent with dance floor and custom lighting, as well as chairs and tables for up to 200 guests. The mansion staff take care of setting up and dismantling tables, chairs and decorations. Coordination services are also included. Package rates range from $16,000 to $20,000, depending on the date and time of year chosen. Brides and grooms can bring their own alcohol and decorations, and fireworks are also available for a grand exit.
