A CHEF'S KITCHEN
A table that is unanimous among the locals and tourists in the historic city, so much so that it is almost impossible to eat without reservation and that it is not excessive to reserve three months in advance, especially if you visit Williamsburg during the high season. The chef offers a unique menu that changes every two months and includes five dishes accompanied by a cup of champagne and three glasses of wine that adorn flavours. The kitchen served here is classic but can still surprise us. The Chief knows perfectly well how to glorify his products without distorting them.
