The setting of this hotel restaurant is cosy. The tables are spaced out: you will be at ease to enjoy a pleasant moment. And in summer, a pretty terrace awaits you. The menu of Cindy Duflos, the young chef, seems traditional but in reality she sublimates simple products with original seasonings (kimchi seeds, yuzu juice for example). Boulonnaise cuisine is beautifully highlighted. A little extra, the chef takes pleasure in sharing his secrets with the guests! 4 reception rooms are also available for groups.
