Typical brasserie with a menu of local products, delicately cooked in Hardelot.
The famous "brûle-doigts" mussels that everyone talks about, it's here! Cooked with a cream delicately peppered with pink berries, this discovery is a real success for this typical Côte d'Azur brasserie. The menu presents local products but the star here is the mussel! With shortbread from Wissant, beer or Vieux-Samer, a local cheese. The chef also works with fish: grey shrimp croquettes, cod in a parmesan crust... The establishment is family run and is popular with locals and tourists.

Merci !
