Numerous trails for all levels with a detailed map offering walks to discover the beautiful views in the park

There are numerous trails for all levels. One of the most popular hikes is around Jordan Pond, a little over 3 miles of easy walking, or better still, around Eagle Lake (a loop of around 5 miles, or a good 2 hours of easy walking in the shade of the maple trees). The hike to one of the highest points, Sargent Mountain (4 miles round trip), or to Acadia Mountain on the west side of the island (2 miles round trip), offers some very fine views. Detailed trail maps are available from the Visitor Center.

parcours très bien indiqués, pas nécessaire d'être un grand sportif pour apprécier. Le tour du parc en voiture est à faire, beaucoup de sites sont accessibles à tous. Remarque : nous avons apprécié la propreté de tous les espaces prévus pour pique- nique ou simple arrêt.
Ne pas rater le mont Cadillac.

Les différents parcours proposés sont magnifiques et assez facile à faire (pas besoin d'être un grand marcheurs). "La randonnée" en voiture est vraiment à faire. Il y a de nombreux arrêts. ll faut prévoit un week end.
