Designed by Prince Souphanouvong of Laos, this 32 m-high water tower is the symbol of Binh Thuân province.

Crossing the Lê Hong Phong bridge, you can enjoy a lovely view of the river, which is dotted with a multitude of fishing boats at anchor. Also visible is the water tower, symbol of Binh Thuân province, 32 m high, completed in 1934 and designed by Prince Souphanouvong (1909-1995) of Laos when he was Chief Engineer at the Nha Trang Public Works Office. Souphanouvong, known as "the red prince", was to become the first president of the People's Democratic Republic of Laos (1975-1991).
