This is one of Hong Kong's best-kept secrets. If you're a fan of roasted goose, then Yue Kee has been a Hong Kong landmark since 1958. The entrance isn't much to look at, at the end of an alley, but the goose melts in your mouth and its perfectly roasted skin crisps just right. For the die-hard eaters, all the more so as the new town of Sham Tseng is not far away. In addition to the goose, the menu offers a variety of Cantonese dishes, perfect for discovering the flavors of the region.
