DOMAINE DEMANGEOT
Domaine Demangeot is a winery located in Change, Burgundy. With over 5 centuries of winemaking tradition, this family estate of over 10 hectares cultivates vines in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Maranges and Santenay appellations. Their philosophy is to respect the vines and their environment by encouraging microbial life and auxiliary fauna. The vines are rigorously pruned and yields are controlled to obtain perfectly ripe grapes. The terroirs are ploughed and grassed naturally, and organic treatments are favored. The domaine offers a selection of white and red wines, including Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune, Santenay, Bourgogne Passetoutgrain and Maranges 1er Cru. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, and the wines are matured with as little intervention as possible. The domaine also has a tasting cellar, open by appointment only.
