Aline Ponsard and Stéphane, 6th generation of the Claude Nouveau estate, run this beautiful estate: Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Bourgogne Aligoté, Maranges1er Cru, Santenay1er Cru, Chassagne-Montrachet1er Cru Morgeot... The reception is done in a barn where are exposed tools of wine grower, a reading of landscape is essential with a magnificent panorama on Nolay, Maranges, the Mount of Sène. The domain is certified HVE level 3. Quality is the priority: limited yields, green harvesting, ploughing of the vines and it gives natural wines often awarded.
